At Breland Homes, we believe luxury should come standard, which is why many elevated features are included in our base pricing compared to other builders. A limited number of upgrade options may be available. Please contact your onsite sales agent to learn more.

When can I expect delivery of my home?

Depending on the location, size, and stage of construction, Breland Homes typically delivers a completed home within 120 to 180 days, weather permitting. Your onsite sales agent can provide more details specific to your home and community.

Is my home energy efficient?

Depending on your location, your home may receive a HERS performance rating, which is completed by a third-party provider. Breland Homes is also a TVA EnergyRight Builder, reflecting our commitment to energy-conscious homebuilding.

What type of warranty is provided on my new home?

Your new Breland Home includes a one-year builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty beginning on the day of closing. During your walkthrough, you will also receive information on how to register applicable manufacturer warranties.

How do I submit a warranty request for my new home?

Your new home warranty is very important to us. To submit a warranty request, please email warranty@brelandhomes.com and include as much detail and documentation as possible, including photos when applicable.

What is included in the base price?

The base price of a Breland Home includes your homesite, along with the standard features and finishes offered in the community where you are purchasing. Because luxury is a standard, not an upgrade, many elevated features are already included, with limited upgrade options available.

Who should I contact with questions about my new home?

During the building process, your onsite Breland Homes representative will be your primary point of contact. If you or your lender have questions related to closing, you will be directed to our closing manager for assistance.
